The beach is pebbly a bit uncomfortable. There are showers (summer only), footwashers and garbage cans. A sign prohibits camping and is fined if tables and chairs are left out at night, but nobody says anything about having dinner or breakfast on the beach with your table and chairs. We spent the quiet night, there were many Campers and motorhomes and the police passed by and did not tell us anything, it is fine. I do not know they prohibit pets but they do ask that the area be kept clean of their excrement.
